General Manager is reporting to Chief Executive Officer
General Manager Major Responsible:
- Responsible for revenue generation across products and regions and ensure yields across products through Regional Managers and Marketing Managers
- Ensure quality of distributor activities and Area Sales managers across regional and export markets
- Responsible for interacting with foreign principals on technical support and commercial/pricing matters
- Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, new product development, market research and brand strategy
